The holidays are over and we're looking ahead to just a couple of more months of the beautiful New York City Winter season. What better way to keep warm, than with a box of mini donuts, curated with coziness in mind. These flavors were so fun to come up with, and we can't wait to share them with Brooklyn and beyond!

We have 5 words for you: White chocolate carrot cake donuts. That's right, we've had SO many people request carrot cake Bites in the past, and we're so thrilled to be able to deliver. When thinking about an icing, we wanted to be able to deliver the classic-creaminess of a cream cheese icing, but with a BITE twist. So we created a white chocolate glaze that is sweet, full of flavor, and the perfect compliment to the soft savoriness of the carrot cake base. |

We've been sitting on this flavor for a bit and wanted to have the perfect occasion to roll it out. There's something about the combination of the nutty pistachio base, topped with the sweet and full flavor of the latte icing that we were just floored about. We top these mini donuts with even more pistachio pieces and dust. Believe us when we tell you that these Bites deliver! |
| Everyone knows that we're big fans of the lavender mini donut at BITE. One of our signature flavors is Lavender Lemon, but we love to do other menu pairings with one of our most favorite herbs! We were inspired by the combination of colors and contrast of sweet berry and herbaceous lavender. It's actually a HUGE crowd pleaser, and a mini donut you'll just have to try to believe. |
