BITE Mini Donuts Made 50k Gay Donuts for Pride Month!

Pride Month had this Queer Owned Bakery busy with The Gay Donut! This rainbow donut has become our staple flavor, and a staple as a Pride-themed dessert for Pride Parties and events in NYC and beyond. We felt very fortunate to have the support and enthusiasm of so many friends and fans. Our small business even hit capacity for chunks of the month! With your help, we catered Gay Donuts to over 200 Pride Events in New York City, sent over 500 Bite Boxes throughout the country, and - most importantly - donated 5k to The Queer Food Fund. This is a mutual aid effort hosted by the Queer Food Foundation to support Black Queer and Trans folks facing food insecurity....

Spring Mini Donuts Now Available for Shipping + NYC Catering!

Today is the first day of Spring and this year we just can't wait. We're tucking away our coats and Winter Bite Box menu and rolling out our brand new Spring mini donut Box! This years flavors were inspired by some classic but surprising blossoming herbaceous pairings. Here's the menu!   Hibiscus is known as one of our most crowd pleasing flavors. What could be better? Pairing it with another crowd-pleaser - COCONUT!     We don't want to exaggerate, but this might be the best donut we've ever made. Our delectable chocolate base tossed in butter and cinnamon sugar. Custom Desserts for Film Sets + Premieres!

Custom Mini Donuts for Film Sets + Premieres in NYC Not your average craft services! Last month we had the privilege of creating custom menus for two small movie sets in NYC.  First, our friend Lizzie Morgan asked if we would create a personalized desserts for the cast and crew of her film Mans Best Friend. She sent us the script and we had so much fun pulling ideas for custom mini donut flavors. We pulled some ideas together from an iconic scene that involves the two main characters having a conversation over drinks - wine and beer.
