Fall in NYC is such a special time and we're always inspired to make a unique and delicious fall menu of the best mini donuts in New York City. We can't wait to unveil our Fall Bite Box menu to you and tell you about how we came up with these unique flavors!

Pumpkin and fall go together like peas and carrots, but we like to put our own BITE spin on this classic flavor. And for us, when in doubt - add chocolate. This mini donut has a yummy, perfect pumpkin base and is topped with our delectable chocolate icing. Of course, we decorate each mini donut individually by hand with unique designs.

Everyone loves our coffee icing and we try to incorporate it  at our popup and dessert catering events. We knew that we wanted it in our Fall menu and thought that cardamom would be a cozy, earthy addition to it to make it special and unique for this menu in particular.

Our pomegranate mini donut has been on of the most popular at Smorgasburg when we've used it every week. We thought that it would be a delicious and unique fall flavor for our mini donut Bite Box. We chose pear as the perfect PAIR and galaxy both icings into a beautiful design.

Two essential fall baking flavors for us come from tea inspirations - lemon and ginger. Everyone loves our lemon icing, and ginger contributes the perfect added zing that we didn't know it needed.

After the success of our Cinnamon Sugar Bites at Smorgasburg, we decided to try out the classic Apple Cider Donut recipe. This flavor is such a crowd pleaser for parties and dessert catering events.
