Custom Mini Donuts for Film Sets + Premieres in NYC

Not your average craft services! Last month we had the privilege of creating custom menus for two small movie sets in NYC. 

First, our friend Lizzie Morgan asked if we would create a personalized desserts for the cast and crew of her film Mans Best Friend. She sent us the script and we had so much fun pulling ideas for custom mini donut flavors. We pulled some ideas together from an iconic scene that involves the two main characters having a conversation over drinks - wine and beer. So we made donuts with Bells Brewery Stout and Wolffer Estate Rose flavors! Add in some tiny dog paw prints with chocolate and vanilla, and it really was adorable how it all came together.

Next, we were over the MOON when one of the funniest off Broadway sketches that we saw last year asked us to do the custom donuts for their movie premiere at Syndicated Bar in Brooklyn. This sketch comedy show was HILARIOUS and also really whacky and off-beat, so we really leaned into custom desserts that catered towards that sense of humor. It's not often that you get to put little fingers on mini donuts, after all.  Watch the full show here! 

One of the skits in the movie involved these incredible felt puppets made by @artdomme and we were blown away by the talent and how cute they were next to this little felt character and her cats!
